Please follow the below instructions to find your driver:

Terminal 1

Please proceed to the arrivals area after baggage collection. The airport representative/driver will be standing along the railing bar with your name sign (next to Avis).

If you cannot locate the driver, please walk towards to waiting area that is located next to the railing bar. Please note that Dubai airport has free Wi-Fi. Please send your driver a WhatsApp message or contact Talixo support.

Terminal 2

Please proceed towards the exit. The driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal with a name sign.

Terminal 3

Please proceed to the arrivals area after baggage collection. The airport representative/driver will be standing along the railing bar with your name sign (next to the “Priceless” banner).

If you cannot find your driver, please walk towards the waiting area which is next to the meeting point. Please note that Dubai airport has free Wi-Fi. Please send your driver a WhatsApp message or contact Talixo support.

If you cannot find your driver:

Please switch on your mobile phone. You should have received your driver's contact details by SMS. If you can't find your driver, please call or Whatsapp the driver directly.
